Session Description

Courts have approved technology-assisted review (TAR) in three nations: the United States, Ireland, and the United Kingdom. In this session, attendees will learn about the landmark cases first approving TAR in these three nations. Moderated by Chris Dale of the eDisclosure Information Project, the panel will include Judge Andrew Peck, the U.S. magistrate judge in the Da Sliva Moore decision, and the litigators in Ireland's Quinn decision and the UK's Pyrrho decision.
