LP92411 - Alice in Analyticsland: A Story of TAR

Session Speakers
Session Description

Can you ever really know how good technology-assisted review (TAR) is, or gauge the effectiveness of its underlying “concept search” technology? Litigation technology manager and keyword-search guru Mike Hagen decided to find out. He set up an experiment using a data set that would make TAR’s accuracy easy to judge and the results simpler to explain: classic literature. What he found might surprise you. Commonwealth Legal’s Yvette Bula and kCura’s Stan Pierson will also share best practices for applying analytics to your project, preparing your team, and maximizing results.
